I overthink a lot, because of this I sometimes end up being gloomy and depressed . I make imaginary problems for myself and think too hard about them . To get over this, I meditate daily and spend time with my loved ones and friends and those who know a lot than me...

It will be beneficial for us if we are honest in the interviews, Bcz it takes alot to pretend yourself fake then who you actually are doesn't matter if you are selected or not but if you're honest with your answers and work you won't face anxiety inside you
