I think that season was so shlocky i loved it. I've said out loud "it's so stupid" and facepalmd quite a lot, but oh well, some of the writing and actions of the characters was so damn awful it turned into a fucking comedy at some point.

Just a hire a different actor. The CG looks awful and rips you right out of the emotional tone that the scene is trying to set
