The Behavior Panel comprises the world's top body language and behavior experts: Scott Rouse, Mark Bowden, Chase Hughes, and Greg Hartley. They analyze behavior and body language in videos of public interest. This non-partisan group aims to educate and entertain, focusing on nonverbal communication, deception detection, behavioral analysis, statement analysis, interrogation, and resistance to interrogation. Through careful examination of gestures, expressions, linguistics, and cultural context, they reveal truths and deceptions. The Behavior Panel is prominently featured on The Dr. Phil Show and has its own show on the US TV Network, Merit Street Media.

I love the format when we can see the video on the screen while you talk about it. It’s much more informative that way.

Thank you. Im from Melbourne. I ended up bawling during Jill Meagher’s husband’s interview in the street. Because I felt it. Its my town. And because he is so sincere and lost and i know thise feelings. Hey- ediror - if you ever read this— it would be great if you put in the description, the names of the people interviewed. So we could look up context and the events these people are being interviewed about. Thank you

I really enjoy it when the person being analyzed appears on screen at the same time as the person analyzing. It's much better than watching the video first and then having to recall the moves you're discussing.

Having the video on the screen while you explain what you see is so incredibly helpful. Thank you.

I know I say this on a lot of videos but I really appreciate the video in screen when you are talking about the clip - makes it so much easier to see the talking points yall mention. Great videos either way

I do so appreciate when you show the video pictures as you are speaking about a particular detail. Please consider doing this more often!! It helps a lot to actually see what you are describing as you are talking.

OMG! This poor man! I can't even imagine what he went through. I'm in tears watching the horrible pain and anguish he's going through. His love for Jill, his deep concern for her safety and heartbreaking fear he's going through....I feel so awful for him. 😢

I’m loving the new format!!!
It’s so much easier to see what you’re referring to as you opine rather than just watching the replay. ❤

The energy in that room is the opposite of what we usually see. It’s so helpful to have comparisons, it shows many of the same behaviors, but for dissimilar reasons.

The example at 23:38 would have me looking so guilty in a situation if one of my loved ones disappeared. I have horrible anxiety and tend to let it show quite a bit. My cat was hiding last night and I was panicked because I couldn’t find her and I’m audibly saying “maybe she snuck out when we opened the door”, “maybe the window is open too wide”, etc, getting more unrealistic as I thought of things (for example, “my daughters friend put the cat in his coat and sneaked her out”).. I can’t imagine the scenarios I’d be spitting out if it were one of my kids. Is anxiety something that interrogators take into consideration?
Another thing is that I am a survivor of dv and tend to “look for approval” a lot. I apologize for things that I have no control over or had nothing to do with, and I automatically think people think I’m lying when I’m not due to the gaslighting I experienced for so many years. Investigators would definitely think I was lying, I’m sure. 🤦🏼‍♀️
