On YouTube in full for the first time, The Man With Half A Body is a heart-warming and inspirational film, where we meet 35-year-old Kenny whose body ends at his waist and who walks on his hands.  Kenny has had no lower body since his legs had to be amputated when he was a baby – but has always refused to use a wheelchair or prosthetics.  Doctors didn’t think Kenny would live beyond his teens and as he approaches middle age, his biggest battle is to maintain good health.  Nevertheless, in his desire to live a normal life, Kenny refuses to allow his extraordinary body to stop him from looking for love or work.

I was born with Spina Bifida. My parents were told that I probably wouldn't live beyond my teens. In August of this year I celebrate my 51st birthday.

His dad has the SAD EYES of a man who wishes he had the power to fix his Child - but he can't because it's out of his control. HE LOVES ❤ HIS SON. Bless u all

Man literally got no lower half of his body and he is in a better mood than most people I know... really puts things in perspective..
Rest easy Kenny, you touched so many lives in a good way. You'll always be an inspiration to millions.

I just ate "humble pie". I am 73 with severe spine damage and bad knees from 2 motorcycle wrecks many years aga. He gets around way better than I do. And I complain he doesn't. I am going to work harder on my old body. This inspired me to see life differently. Thank you brother ❤

Kenny's father is a beautiful man both on the inside and outside. Men like that are not easy to get.

I have severe depression. Watching this actually helps alleviate the depression and I feel very grateful for what I have. How can I be depressed when here is a man who has half his body but is still living his life and is even married. He's an extraordinary person for sure.

The love Kenny's father has for him is so pure and visceral, it brings tears to my eyes.

Parenting is a skill separate from bodily function. Father AND mother both got it right in this one.

Kenny is the ideal man. He’s charming, cute, has a sense of humor, refuses to be waited on (even vacuums!), and has a loving relationship with his parents. Heartbroken I couldn’t have met him, but grateful this snapshot exists so I can share it with my sons someday. An absolute role model. Love your people!

He may not have legs but he his a mind, a brain, a heart, a soul, a sense of humor, charisma, courage etc. The only thing he does not have are legs. Other might have legs, but not the only things I have listed. I respect this man a lot. He is a totally normal dude.

That's amazing. I'm sorry to hear he passed on February 12th 2016...
I lost my son February 21st 2015.
So I love February, my son was born in February as well, and was age 21. February is our month of love. I'm very attached to The Month of February. Now I can remember and Celebrate Kenny's life of love too.❤
