Just had a cop pull me over and give me a “verbal warning” when I made a U turn with a green arrow. There were no signs prohibiting. So I asked how it’s illegal and he said that the people turning right on the red could hit me and that would be my fault. Uhhh NO! I have a green arrow and they are turning on a red having to yield to me. He tried to just say he was educating me because I was young but Ik that bs lol
