Our anxiety does not come from thinking about the future, but from wanting to control it.” – Kahlil Gibran

At the end of the day, tell yourself gently: ‘I love you, you did the best you could today, and even if you didn’t accomplish all you had planned, I love you anyway.”

To you reading this right now: Something WONDERFUL is going to happen to you and for you today. Know that all of this right now is temporary. You will, in just a short while, fill yourself with tranquil feelings and lucid dreams. All you need to do is look to God, right now, and pray with me...
LORD; Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you've laid out for me. ReInstill in my heart that are a good God and faithful, and you will help me challenge my worries with life-building truth instead of destructive thoughts. I ask that you take these anxious feelings off of me, and carry this away for me. Help me to feel only your peace and pure love wash through me right now and allow me to rest in your serenity. Whatever it is you want me to hear from you speaking through all this, please put it into my heart as I rest. I am so thankful that you are here to be this friend for me. As you hold me right now, I feel Your peace guarding my heart and mind in Jesus’ name. AMEN.

The older a person gets the harder for them to change their ways.

Anxiety is highly treatable among older adults! Thank you so much for this Dr. Koepp, change is definitely the only thing constant which is why no matter which part of life we are, especially people our age, change is happening in different aspects of our life and probably this is the reason why we're prone to being anxious. Dealing with anxiety alone is really challenging, we really feel helpless and that's why this video's great because you shared what everyone needs to know so that we could all spot signs of anxiety and what we can do to help. Not everyone has someone to go to when dealing with anxiety and that's why Reviving Mind loves helping older adults who experience anxiety so that they would feel better.

I've been in treatment for years . I've heard it all, and talk therapy does nothing.

I'm 60 and I have had anxiety since I was a teen. I have seen about 4 different therapists over the years. First it was the answer answer that I was depressed. no! I was never depressed . I didn't get my life back until I was put on Klonopin. I have been on it for 30 years now and it still helps or I would always be home.

Well, of all the signs and symptoms I think it’s a big box I have to check is sleep disorder and I’m going to talk to my doctor about this. Also I think my alcohol intake has gradually increased over the years and I’m 64 years old now. Probably drinking I’d say, 1 to 2 glasses of wine 4 to 5 nights out of a seven day week. On a positive note, this video, if I had that lovely rug in my living room I’m certain that would help my overall health indeed!

I'm 45yrs old having a hard time breathing, lack of sleep, fatigue, raising my 3yr old. I feel I have Heart problems but i don't even smoke and drink at all. Is it cuz of my lifetime eating junk foods like chocolate? I stretch daily and skateboard/run/walk to work 5 days a week.

So *Why Am I Feeling This Way?!*
