Those are NOT recomendable at all because they put the dirt of your ear more deep rather than out. You can make a better clean with a syringe and warm water (you can watch it over youtube), or even better, or make an apointment with the otorinolaringólogo.

Be careful with those sticks. Great tip though I clean my ears in the shower with a bit of leftover soap or with that salt based cleaner. It really does work to improve the sound!

You know what works best for me.. I go to sauna the temperature it's so hight it melts the wax inside and the difference it's crazy. Everybody should try.

I clean my ears once or twice a week with a swab but...but i dont use it dry you can use water on the swab and then git a dropper fill it with water then drop like 5 drops in your ear or fill your ear completely with water wile your head is tilted then shake your head down to the ground most times the wax will fly out your ear if not i use a Chinese stick method..it works for me most of the time..
