Yea but the out come of under the muscle is what your failing to explain to the public and your Patients! Which is of upmost importance for long term sag and appearance . I had Brest Aug before being diagnosed and I had no extra pain from doing under the muscle it wasn’t bad at all ! If you have a good surgeon . Three days or less of dull tooth ache like pain is all !! Do explain the reason for under muscle even though it’s a little more work for the surgeon Doc !!!!
