Ingredients:
Pizza Dough:
-All-purpose flour(Maida) 2cups
-Sugar(Cheeni) powdered 1tbsp
-Salt(Namak) 1 tsp
-Instant Yeast(Khameer) 1 tbsp
-Oil 1/4 cup
-Milk(Doodh) lukewarm 1 cup

Chicken Tikka Topping:
-Chicken boneless(cubes) 200 gms
-Salt(Namak) 1/4 tsp
-Cumin(Zeera) powder 1/4 tsp
-Red Chilli(Lal mirch) Crushed 1/2 tbsp
-Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
-Ginger Garlic(Lehsan Adrak) paste 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Oil 1 tbsp
-Food color(Zarda rung) 1/4 tsp
-Water 1/4 cup

Assembling:
-Pizza sauce
-Mozzarella cheese
-Chicken tikka topping
-Onion(Pyaz) sliced
-Green capsicum(Shimla mirch) julienne
-Olives
-Oregano to sprinkle

Direction:
For Pizza Dough:
-In a bowl, Add All-purpose flour, Sugar, Salt, Instant yeast, Oil, and mix.
-Add lukewarm milk, mix & knead to form dough.
-Add oil, cover & rest it for 1-2 hours or until dough is doubled in size.
-After rising knead again.

For chicken Tikka Topping:
-In a bowl, Add chicken, Salt, Cumin powder, Red Chilli(Crushed), Tikka Masala, Ginger Garlic paste, Lemon Juice, Oil, and Food color, and marinate for (15-20 mins).
-In a frying pan, add oil and marinated chicken, fry add water, and cover it cook until chicken is done set aside.
Assembling:
-Take dough make a small ball, press the dough ball and flatten it, make a round dough, and prick it with a fork.
-Spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese, chicken tikka filling, onion, green capsicum, olives, oregano, set aside.
-Place a stand in a pot and preheat on a medium flame for (10 mins).
-Place pizza, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts (medium flame).
-The pizza is ready.
-let it cool down completely.
-cut the slices of pizza.
