that "fast food"... I can survive not eating junk foods and process foods but fast foods :( ... well, I'm trying but when my anxiety hit up or I'm overwhelm by my work, responsibilities and studies I tend to binge eat and I hate it but I can't stop... I also have this habit of nail biting when I'm stress.
