It showed the girl fighting against that big monster and needed to play a game to help save the world when hope was lost everyone around the world came together to help her the music.. That's a very interesting perspective! I watched this movie a few years ago and it didn't hit me at all, I found the characters weak (except for the amazing grandmother, which we got so suddenly deprived of) and the stakes fictive (looking back at it now though and comparing it with Hosoda's newest film, I'd like to withdraw this statement). This essay helped me appreciate the movie much more, thank you!
