Pineapple Jalapeno cream cheese would make an awesome pig shot. Salty, sweet, and a little bit of heat, the best combo trifecta. Just a suggested combination to try if people is interested.

I made these over the weekend and a tip that I'll share. Stick the toothpick through the sausage before wrapping, it helps keep the bacon in place as you wrap it

I make mine with cream cheese. Mayo. Pork rub and chill peppers diced small. The teens love them and will make them sweat.

Made these Pig Shots yesterday - took a little longer to smoke, turned the Traeger smoker up to 400 for the last 20 minutes to crisp up the bacon; delicious! Even shared with the neighbors.

Hear me out: Pinapple, Jalapeno, and Cream Cheese filling. May be the ultimate combo. Think that will be my next thing to try. The pineapple is just genius, thank you for bringing it to the table, when I never would have considered it before. This is such a flexible treat to make your own.

Well now, everything looks great! You, Todd, the pig shots ... and the smoker! This is and has been my 'go to' channel for smokin info since I started smokin a year and a half ago. I have now smoked a brisket, several steaks, a couple of pulled pork shoulders, a couple of pulled beef chuck roasts, many, many slabs of home cured bacon, a couple big batches of home made sourdough bread and even a couple batches of cookies. All turned out fabulous ... primarily by following your directions and using your rubs. Thank you so much for your rub recipes too. Now I'm very much into tweaking them to make them my own. Love to all down there .... stay safe, stay happy.

I just made these Christmas eve for my family, they turned out absolutely amazing cooked on my Green Mountain. They're mad that I didn't make more lol! Will definitely be making them again and were super easy to make!! Merry Christmas everyone!
