HOW TO MAKE PIG SHOTS

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Sausage of your choice
- 1 Package of bacon cut in half
- Toothpicks
- Postal Barbecue Original Rub
- BBQ Sauce

Pig Shot Filling (Makes about 14)
- 1 Block of Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 diced jalapeño (add more for added heat)
- Postal Barbecue Original rub (to taste)

I will have to try this recipe it looks delicious. A little tip, put all of the filling ingredients in the Ziplock instead of the bowl and squeeze the bag until mixed, then cut the tip and pipe into the shot glasses it will save cleaning the bowl and spoon step

I'll be making these for sure. I love that "tablespoon" of rub. I don't know by what metric he calls what he added a "tablespoon" but that had to be the biggest tablespoon on the planet.

One tip: allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature before using. It'll be softer and way easier to mix.

Thanks for the reply. I already figured it out. I'm using a Masterbuilt smoker. I just made another batch, used the top rack and I put a tray under them to catch the grease. Turned out good.
