My daughter has autoimmune neutropenia and her direct coombs IGG is positive 1+
Her direct coombs test, C3 is negative. They cant figure out what causes her symptoms in general or why she has autoimmune neutropenia ANC on her own is under 200 but shes never had an infection past an injection site or oral ulcer infections. It seems imposible to have a positive and negative direct coombs from the video am I misunderstanding???
