Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. After spending many years feeling bloated, low energy and discouraged, I realized the power of listening to how your body feels before/during/after your workout. I have been doing reformer now for a couple of weeks. I am going three times per week. I really hope it will be enough to see results “soon” 😢

Okay so if it changes your entire body why every Pilate girls are just normal looking ? Nor particularly fat or skinny with normal muscle mass. Like you can’t tell they are active.

Any thong with enough discipline can change your body

Pilates require a more daily commitment and life change compared to lifting which is brutal and needs less freq to see the same results
