I'm not into the new age beliefs, but I do believe that God created everything through His voice and that sound can heal so I tried it for my sinus headache. Today is the first day of the rest of my life i dont know how i ended up here but my heart is crying ive been so numb to everything and everybody.. i watched my life deteriorate and didn't put up a fight because of depression and surrounded around low vibrational energies. it's interesting that we use the same 7 notes Sa re ga ma pa dha ni sa, with the same sound of 7 different chakras, in Indian music, starting from C, same as the root chakra. I didn't know until I watched this video. They represent each energy chakra!...woww mind blowing to know this.

I cannot express how great full I am for these videos 💖
I have been smoking weed for 10 years total but 8 years consistently to help with my anxiety and mood disorder and ADHD, I wake up feeling like I need to do 1000 things right away and I always feel uneasy throughout the day (even with smoking just not as bad) .
I went to bed listening to the whole thing and woke up feeling aligned! I’ve watched many of your videos and they have helped a lot, but never helped with my sleeping/waking up in this type of way!
That day I didn’t smoke weed til I completed all my tasks, which was by the end of the day 10:30pm… I watched this video again last night and this morning I have work which usually stresses me out and again….I smoke to cope…. But not this morning ! I didn’t need it…. This is an amazing feeling.

Sometimes I hear a lower octave start to resonate. I find when I'm aware of this I get chills and start to feel it through my whole body as I start to relax. We think too much as humans and being free of thought is one of the most beautiful feelings. Do whatever it takes to free yourself. Goodluck my brothers and sisters.
