My family used to be in Sohar, Oman. My father moved there in 70s and i grew up in the 90's in Sohar, Oman. But then around 2002 my father lost his textile shop and supermarket to Omanisation . My father was heart broken then every dream shattered, business gone in month's. But there is no place he holds so dear . I visited Muscat and Sohar just yesterday from Dubai and every moment in Sohar brought pain in my heart, this is the place i grew up this the place i love and this is the place i wished my father still had his business .
