Budget 2023 | Public sector workers protest in Cape Town ahead of Godongwana's speech

The National Education and Health Workers Union, NEHAWU, is protesting ahead of this afternoon's budget speech. They are rejecting the government's unilateral implementation of a 3% salary increase.
