Budget 2023: 'Businesses have no certainty under Tories'

Shadow Chancellor Rachel Reeves told Sky News "this was supposed to be a budget for growth" and said businesses "need certainty" in reaction to the budget which was recently delivered by the government.

She could only just say on her Times Radio interview that she’d like to see immigration come down. Political parties don’t charge. Inept management (unless they’re about to be voted out) by the Tories or (almost) certain economic and immigration disasters from Labour.
