This is an easy to do false overhand shuffle, which retains every single card at the initial position. In my opinion one of the best false shuffles out there.
Have fun learning it.
There is more to come.

The thing is, I didn't learn this shuffle from his publication, but from his own video performing this shuffle. I showed my solution to it to other magicians, who confirmed, that it is exactly the fishman false shuffle.
I could have also just uploaded this video without mentioning Mr. Fishman for credit. Just name it "Easy full deck false overhand shuffle", but since I know Mr. Fishman publicated it already, I thought give him the kudos, he deserves.

Okay...there is a difference between doing a PERFORMANCE of it and crediting Dan for his work vs. EXPOSING THE METHOD and then crediting Dan for his work. Credits are great and I'm glad you're all about that, however in this context, what you're basically doing is stealing some of Dan's work and making it public knowledge that you're a thief and a nobody that is on his hands and knees begging for the approval of other nobodies on Youtube...Way to go...

I am aware of the fact that I am exposing secret knowledge here, but concerning this particular video about false overhand shuffle, I obtained the technique myself just by watching a performance video. A knowledge gained in that way from which I found out is the exact method for Dan's shuffle is completedly free to handle by me.
In case of some other videos of mine it's just exposure of card tricks I like to share.
I knew before I begun with this project that most magis wont like it.

You're not suposed to pause when you lift the packet. Try learing it correctly before teaching it.

In my opinion it's just a matter of definition. Let's suppose you want to teach some card tricks to your grandchild, friend, or whoever. Do you seriously think about, whether you have the right to teach the double lift, overhand shuffle, false cut, ribbon spread and all the other "standard" sleights you consider as NORMAL to teach them? I guess not. You take the freedom cause nobody else is watching. But that's a matter of definition.
I can imagine that most pro magis wont like what I am doing.

So you don't have the rights to teach the shuffle you're also teaching old variation of it and doing so incorrectly. We would appreciate it if you take this tutorial down or at least discuss it with us before posting intellectual property that doesn't belong to you
