Discontinue the made-up friendship after about 6 months. My mom when called on by who she thought became her friend, but she stopped rv bc she thought my mom wasn't progressing like she thought she should. Now that I see, that was doing my mom a favor. Same sister now shuns me, but "I don't care, I love it!" 🎶
