Thanks for watching!

The M2 iPad Pro can finally be a desktop replacement and honestly it surprised me how well it performed. While not perfect it's a huge step in the right direction in terms of compatibility and it's an actual good experience

I bought an ipad pro m2 the moment it has its pre order available. I used it for college and I do not regret a single thing about it. Such an amazing tool for students alike

Got the M2 iPad Pro a few days back and I love it so far, it’s my first iPad since the iPad Air 2nd gen.

M2 iPad pro is best fit for people like me, who buys their very first apple product. Enjoying it so far. Hope it will last for 4+ years

I don’t know why there’s so much hatred for the M2 IPad Pro. Yes, the hover feature is about the only real upgrade over the M1, but so what, it is an incremental update. Not worthwhile for M1 owners, but it is for people moving up from earlier iPads

Great take!! Most of these YouTubers are looking at the M2 iPad Pro from the perspective of someone who’s coming from an M1 iPad Pro/Air, someone who’s upgrading their iPads yearly (aka the typical tech reviewer perspective). And that’s what irritates me, because they forget that most people keep their iPads for well over 3-5 years. Heck, I upgraded from the 2015 iPad Air 2, so I Knew what I wanted and needed. At first I thought the hover feature and stage manager wouldn’t be utilized much on my end. But, as a university student who now replaced his laptop for the M2 iPad Pro as his main productivity device, I find myself using the stage manager feature and hover feature very frequently for note taking, multitasking, marking/highlighting pdfs, and drawing/sketching.

PS. The model I have is the 256 GB M2 iPad Pro, with magic keyboard case and 2nd gen Apple Pencil

I just got my M2 iPad Pro. I upgraded from the 2018 iPad Pro. The new M2 is amazing. I mainly use Procreate for illustrating - I’m so glad I did the upgrade. Fully recommend it.✌️

Yeah, the M1 iPad Pro users are hating the M2 iPad Pro a lot on YT. But, I upgraded from the 2017 iPad Pro, so it was a worthy upgrade to me. Don’t hate… appreciate!

I am enjoying the 12.9 inch 128GB M2 immensely, coming from the 10.5 inch model from 2017 and I’m really looking forward to getting a Hub so I can finally get to use it like a Desktop with my MSI 27 inch curved display, Native Instruments Keyboard & Arturia Minifuse to replace (for a time) my 2013 Mac Pro.

It shows how the iPad has come a long way since its launch in 2010 and Apple making an OS thats more dedicated to it can only make it even better!

Thanks. The first reviewer that reviews the tablet instead of the upgrade over previous year's review. I feel like with every review I need to also watch previous versions' reviews to know if the tablet is any good.

Thanks for the review, I'm upgrading from a 2016 iPad Pro 32GB and was getting a little bummed from all the useless comparison with the 2021 and it not being a great upgrade. I hope it will last me another 6 years, but the 2022 certainly makes that quite a bit more likely.

As someone who has come from an iPad Mini 2, this upgrade is worth it.

Great video!
You have solidified my decision to upgrade to a base model iPad Pro 11 from the original air 1 32gb I’ve been using since launch.
I’m very overdue for an upgrade and was sweetened by the refurbished prices on a 2021 12.9, which would be overkill for my workflow.

Love this take - coming from an iPad Air 4 and I couldn’t find a review that didn’t just compare it to last year’s. Super helpful.

Damn good review!! I’m planning to get the 12.9 inch. This is my first time getting an ipad and I’m quite excited about it. Was tossed between getting a macbook or an ipad but I mostly wanna take notes, consume media and game on it so I think the ipad is a better choice for me

I tested the 12.9 inch out in the store, and didn’t notice too much of a difference in the screens between the 11 inch. The main reason I want the 12.9 inch is because I play piano and reading music notes on the 12.9 inch was way easier to see. I was able to compare sheet music in the store and it helped me decide which one I want to get. I don’t have great eyes and the bigger screen is going to be nice to read notes better and the pen will be sweet to use for note taking on the sheet music.

I just bought the 2022 iPad Pro and hadn't used any handheld from Apple since about 10-15 years ago when the iPod first had a screen (it was stolen after 2 days of ownership). Early on, I LOVE THIS THING and the fact that you can extend it to another screen makes it a candidate for a full laptop replacement for my use. Can't wait to get into this thing more.

Just got an M2 iPad Pro 11; last iPad was a first gen Mini. The sticker shock was a big OUCH, but I plan on keeping this device for at least 5 years, so the improvements in battery life, face ID, ProMotion, and slight bump in processing were worth the extra 50-100 dollars over the 256 GB Air 5. You’re better getting a little extra up front if you can afford it, so you won’t upgrade sooner than you need to, than to save 100 dollars, but get the itch to upgrade sooner.
