🧅 🧈 🥩 This Caramelized Onion Butter Tomahawk Steak was Insane 🤯. Season with Salt and Black Pepper at least one hour before cooking and sit at room temp. Chop up some onions, garlic, thyme and toss in a bowl with olive oil.
Put this on top of your steak and cook in the oven, smoker or grill at 225 Fahrenheit to an internal temperature of 115. Once the steak is done, cooking allow to rest and then finish on the grill to get a nice crust. Finish the steak with the caramelized onion, butter, Thyme, and flaky salt. Enjoy! Perfect side or topping for this (my opinion)

White oyster mushrooms tossed in olive oil, garlic salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and regular salt.

Then fry em on a pan with a litttleee more olive oil on medium-high heat :)
