just a suggestion from a friend of mine, baby zombies can get out with the way u built your platform so having one more slab(just a full block) would keep them inside

guys if you are getting no spawns from the farm build it over land instead of water try and be about 128 blocks above ground when you start the build to make all the mob spawns go to the farm make sure to put torches on top of the farm and DONT BUILD OVER OCEAN OR RIVERS THEY WILL PREVENT MOBS FROM SPAWNING!!!!

Portal ticking still works though and bulding a big TV sounds easier than building a 100 block tall 4x4 pipe, though these drops are way more useful

Maybe 110 or 115 should be better because I did the same made a farm on 163 height still no mobs spawns so I add a 1 more layer up side still nothing so I left that farm alone it's sucks to rebuild such thing on mobile device in survival world

You can add more layers like first layer just make layer and put trapdoors So more mobs will spawn

Do I need to go to the ocean and make it 100 blocks high or can I do it in a big open area like in the middle of a lake and make it the same level as the water
