I actually liked this game despite the mixed reviews. My only problem is that we don't get to fight the Scratazon leader. I wish I can. I actually beat the whole game. I wish there was a sequel.

So, Ice age labels Cretaceous as an ichthyosaur and Maelstrom as some sort of pliosaur but as far as i can tell, Cretaceous is a metriorhynchus and Maelstrom is most likely a pakicetus

This really is disappointing when you compare it to the game tie ins for Ice Age: The Meltdown and Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. I really had thought this game would’ve taken the good elements from both of them and took advantage of the settings and species from all four (five if you really wanna count Collision Course) movies but instead they just got this mess of a game.
Plus, they didn’t even include the other main protagonists. Even if they just had small roles for mini games, it would’ve been a nice inclusion.
