Hermeticism is one of the key traditions of Western Esoteric Sciences, along with Jewish
Kaballah and Gnosticism.
From the Medieval alchemy and occult science of the Islamic Golden Age to the development of
science in the Renaissance and the Age of Enlightenment, up to our modern era, Hermeticism
has always lurked behind the scenes, as one of the driving philosophies behind great
intellectual breakthroughs.
Hermeticism has always played an integral role in the history of human understanding of the
nature of being.
But before we delve into the key Hermetic teachings and their insights into the nature of being,
let’s first get to know a little bit about Hermes Trismegistus, also known as Hermes the Trice
Greatest.

The ancient Arabic encyclopedia, known as Kitāb al-ʿilal or The Book of Causes, holds the
oldest known version of the Tablet. The text has allegedly survived from the Hellenistic period to
the Islamic Golden Age.
Hugo of Santalla introduced the Tablet to the West with his translation of the text from Arabic to
Latin in the Twelfth Century CE, inspiring alchemists, artists, mystics, and scholars till this day.
Anyway, enough about history. There are hundreds of sources that go in-depth. We don’t need
to do that here.
Let’s delve into what we’re here to introduce, the 7 Hermetic principles.

You guys should look up The Quantum Hermetica. It shows parallels between all of the principles here and modern physics. Apparently it's enough to translate the entire system into physics. Some of it is interestingly quite advanced. Like believe it or not when you combine mentalism with some of the specific details described in vibration you can get back emergent spacetime from quantum entanglement, which is something that was only discovered in the last five years.

Few days ago i watched the video and i felt Unity. It lasted for just a moment until my mind realized that it lost control. And my mind forced it self back to control. Hermes Trismegistus is a Greek version of the Egyptian Supreme God THOTH. Thoth is the original god of writing, the nous and the logos (the mind and the word ) The Egyptian book of the dead (ancient sacred magical texts ) proceeds the emerald tablet of Hermes Trismegistus by about three thousand years, which are more or less a transposition of the Egyptian book of the dead. Thoth is depicted as a man with the head of an ibis bird with a long beak, he holds a quill in his hand. I'm very surprised Thoth was not mentioned as he was the god the Greeks drew on to create Hermes Trismegistus.
Regarding Nietzsche, his hero was Dionysus (the Greek god of abandonment and ecstasy) who he, by his account, had a one hour conversation with Dionysus on a beach in Turin. He said Dionysus was wearing a straw hat and hermes' swimming trunks. And why not. With our five senses we hardly see anything at all of the greater reality which is hidden from us as though a veil were drawn over our eyes
