Most OP run I had was Warlock + Horn of Cenarius + permanent stealth + Mal'ganis. Enemy can't do anything except end its turn.

It's a trick question, you can never have too many C'Thun

The best combo for warlock is the artefact that makes minions cost 5 or more cost 5 with the giants. It's so broken. tap on 2 into 0 cost mountain giants into 0-1 cost molten on 3. I had a deck with 6 molten giants and 3 mountain giants so getting any of them by turn 2 was pretty likely. Easiest dungeon run i've done.
