Not sure how the developer intends it to be pronounced, but Megane is Japanese for glasses and is pronounced meh-ga-neh. So, maybe the MeganeX is not Mega-Nex, but Me-ga-ne X

I personally try to limit my time in VR because it is so immersive I get lost in it and time flies by so I would definitely want to keep my kids to small doses of it.

meta needs to stop pushing horizon down our throats until it's ready. it's pushing more people away than bringing them in.

PCVR is what pushes sells of Quest 3 and 3S. Market of gamers is HUGE. Product for general audience and normies would need at least a couple of generations of tech to become flawless and comfortable

Unfortunately, I don't think gamers were ever Meta's target audience. I think we are just the springboard they are using to bring Facebook into VR, and dominate the market before any of the major players can catch up.

Great to see you back! Sad news for 3rd party developers but I guess only the great games can exist (Batman, Asgard’s Wrath, Beatsaber, etc). I think the AVP stopped production because they reached the limit of headsets, not for any reason for poor sales—I may be wrong. And, any company that can make AI glasses that TRANSITION properly I will buy—very disappointed with my RayBans that only tint, but not fully transition

To be honest with you, I'm happy that they're trying to reach a mature demographic. Especially when it comes to the calendar app. I mean, some adults really do have to work and live in the real world. I mean, there are so many games in the Meta store + PC VR. This is why I'm considering saving my money for the Apple Vision Pro because the gaming community is trying to bate Meta into fostering a mediocre community of gamers. Like there's barely any educational apps in the Quest Store well I think your PC gamers I think of the same people that are in VR chat and I wanna regurgitate.

Thank you. From the way Zuk was talking I was guessing the META Orion glasses were maybe $100, 000 each to manufacture. $10, 000 isn't nearly as bad as I thought and to me gives me much hope. I am wondering, where did you hear the $10k number?

VR has been on a downward spiral since 2021. We need a new player in this game. Meta has never cared about gaming.

10 to 13 yr old kids should not even be using VR .. because of ipd issues all vr headsets are made for adult heads
"Incorrect IPD settings, even just 1mm out, causes eye fatigue, image distortion, headaches after only a few minutes of use"
the average for adults 54-74 mm, and for kids, 43-58 m
quests 3 IPD range: 53-75 mm
a 10 y old IPD is mostly under 50 😵‍💫

Hey Tetiana, I always like your videos a lot. But this video, I just have to critic. In the first you have a very long intro where you blurred so much it is getting annoying, followed by a segment of 2, 5 minutes where you are promoting sidequest what is a company what sponsors you. Then follow by an ad of 2 minutes to promote some stuff from kiwi And at the end you have 30 seconds of advertising your next video.. so in short 75% of the video is ads! This is way to much.
