Toyota HYBRID scheduled maintenance cost SAVES you money!?

In this video, I reveal what the scheduled maintenance cost is for a non hybrid Toyota RAV4 versus the hybrid Rav4.

This scheduled maintenance cost is relevant for most new hybrid toyota vehicles when comparing to their non hybrid equivalent.

As you can see, there is savings all around when going hybrid.

I currently own a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid Limited and I love it. I own an auto repair shop in Rhode Island and I can say there is no starter, no alternator, no drive belt, no transfer case and no driveshaft on this vehicle. The brakes use regen, so the actually brakes don't wear out as fast. I am getting over 50 MPG and about 635 miles to a tank of fuel. I preach Toyota to all of our customers at the shop. We always say "Our happiest customers drive Toyotas"

I just watched your video on hybrid battery replacement cost. Then i watched this vid. I want to thank you so much for your content. I just bought my " First Ever Toyota". I bought the 2024 Rav4 Hybrid XLE, getting it in 2 weeks. I was pretty sure i made the right decision ( almost bought the new CRV hybrid)
Still in back of my mind i was alittle nervous. You made me feel more at ease. ty sir

Marcello, you're still missing some of the biggest savings, which are not on the maintenance schedule. Ask your service advisors when regular RAV4 needs brakes vs hybrid RAV4, and do the math on that savings. Also ask them when regular RAV4 needs a drive belt vs hybrid.

We live in the states, Iowa to be more precise, and the reasons given in this video are only a portion of why we chose to go with a hybrid when we purchased our first Toyota. The fuel savings and the overall maintenance cost savings through 100, 000 miles not only offset the difference in price between ICE & hybrid, but also allowed us to step up from a RAV4 XLE Premium, to a Limited model. We love almost everything about our new RAV4. Now if Toyota would only make their MIDI & their infotainment screen instructions and functions as intuitive & easy as Our '21 Honda Passport, we would be ecstatic. Love the technology, hate trying to figure out how to use it...

Technically true, however it’s a good idea to change the rear differential fluid at the same time as changing the transmission fluid (60k miles). However, a Toyota hybrid is cheaper than a regular 4WD vehicle for this service because of the less frequent intervals and also the hybrid E-AWD uses the same fluid as the transmission.
Still hybrids are the best for reliability, efficiency, less maintenance costs, and higher resale value!
