Fun fact: If you jump off(doesn't matter how high up you are) you can mgl with nothing because if you crouch right as you hit the ground you CANNOT take damage.
This is true. If you don't believe it, then try it for yourself.
Edit : Yes, Minecraft changed it, but it is NOT removed.
It used to be from any height, but now only 35 blocks. I just did it and it worked.
