Guys press ctrl+alt+delete go to run a new task then input ‘explorer.exe’ it should turn back on as for the error it still persists

I tried this exactly as the instructions said, including the comma after exe, but after finishing the screen went black. I tried the hard stop and now the screen is back but the error of can not find script file came back.
