I tried the first way and works, but the file was saved in user folder. So I just have to move to System32 folder and works. Thanks.

I tried the second method, and I think I made a stupid mistake by adding an extra dot or something .
When I restarted my laptop I just got a black screen after I enter my pin code, I can see the mouse cursor move around but there's nothing else but a black screen

Another method is to search is the task bar the windows location of what comes up and delete all the files and deleted them out of recycle bin then restart your pc and it will fix

why would you change Windows to WINDOWS... if there is no CAPITAL WINDOWS folder in c drive 🤣🤣
