Fax. Feel sore tired. Feel an imaginary scanner on my hip 24/7😢

The most frustrating thing to me is that the training leaves so much to be desired, and people get pissed at you for not knowing everything right away. But once you find a rythymn it gets better.

2. fwd, vac, utf, ank, etc.. endorsing mail

I think apartments are the hardest. People always moving and the numbers are wrong or missing the number so you have to search for name. And if not enough or big enough parcels you run them up flights of stairs

I definitely agree with you buddy. I'm 5 months in and we've been getting hit hard and being short staffed. I'm in Idaho, I really enjoy your videos, I really like the positive vibes. Keep up the great work over there

10 days to making 90 days!! Hardest part for me right now is learning new routes

Carriers don’t get the credit they deserve I just started and me and my trainer had to stay on someone’s porch while it was pouring roads flooding cars flying by splashing water on you I mean it’s just crazy how we get overlooked and get called lazy by ppl who have no clue of what we have to go through to deliver.

The best part of the job is getting paid to get a workout everyday (and a tan)

Let’s talk about route maintenance, tagging boxes determining whether a house is vacant or not by mailbox, forwarding, etc

Hey, Nick reviewing your videos again for I’m getting close to orientation & training date. My thoughts regarding the demands of the jobs is hot /humid weather. One must stay hydrated during the summer months, how do sustain hydration and take bathroom breaks at the same time when your on a tight schedule of time limits. I’m training in NC the heat index is blazing 🥵 in the summer months. I’m really concerned and lifting 75 pound boxes up stairs, extensive walking. Hmm 🤔 I DONT know now. My health is important it’s high risk and they should encourage or understand heat safety. NC is hot as hell .

When you start having dreams about what you do for a living, your brain is actually trying to subconsciously solve some problems and make the way you make decisions and tries to make you more efficient.

No walking routes where I work 🎉 Florida man here. The worst part is the rain/heat, dealing with floods, garbage day, them not letting you know when you’re off and also management bitching about time etc Overall it’s a fun job 💪🏼

I hate slots!! Especially the ones that are below the knee level. Who the hell thought it would be a good idea to place them that low?!! That shit can get irritating when you have a satchel full of parcels and coverage.

Worst part is the winter/holidays…theres 2x-3x the parcels and it gets dark so early.
