Thanks for the video! I definitely fall into the category of obsessing over data, and doing whatever my watch says I should. Problem for me was that it never registered my sprints properly for example, so it would constantly tell me to run sprints. The training status was also annoying as hell. Ditched it, and now I just run and have fun with it. I listen to my body, not my watch.
