it didn't work at first. than later I found that sharing will not work if the PC account is an Microsoft account method! so I changed the account to local account then worked! Windows sucks!

edit: i figured it out the SMB3 thing.. enable SMB1 first, share a folder, locate it on the network \\DESKTOP-xxxx\shared folder blablabla... then disable SMB1 and then SMB3 takes over.

I suggest not to share a folder without hiding it with "$" also if you want to check, which users you could share a folder with go to -> Security -> Add -> Advanced -> find now. This shows you all users in the Domain.
