Hitman 3 Tutorial - How to get the Hitman 1&2 Maps in the game! (Content Transfer)

Just like Hitman 2, you can import your previously owned maps right into Hitman 3 and play them with all of the new graphical enhancements! If you previously owned Hitman or Hitman 2, you can do this for free! If you've not owned the games previously, the access packs are priced between £7 and £20 depending on which one you'd like to play.

This was recorded on PS5, but the process is the same for all consoles, so we're told.

At the time of recording, the "Progress Transfer" isn't working due to issues with the IOI servers, but we'll have a video on that as soon as we can!

IMPORTANT: If you own Hitman 3, this process is no longer necessary. Hitman 3 has been renamed to "Hitman World Of Assassination Trilogy", and includes all of Hitman 1 and 2's content by default. Update to the latest version of the game, and you should have all of the content available and ready to play!

It’s been two years since I installed HITMAN two so I don’t remember exactly how the carryover process worked back then, but this process seems much more annoying and difficult than it was

For XBOX users - If anyone is having trouble getting your base version Hitman 2 game maps to Hitman 3 and it's still asking money for access pass, after half an hour, I finally managed to do it and here is how: (Also it's worth mentioning that I own Hitman 2 and Hitman 3 in physical disc versions.)

1. On your Xbox games, find Hitman 2, press the "options" button on controller and go to "See in Microsoft Store".
2. There, go to "CHOOSE EDITION"
3. Find and download Hitman 2 - Free Starter Pack
4. After you do this, start your Hitman 2 game and in ingame store, find Access Pack. Now it should be FREE to claim.
5. Start Hitman 3

So basically the problem is that you didn't had the starter pack claimed, which makes no sense, because starter pack is for people who do not own Hitman 2. If this helped you, thumps up on this so more people can see it please. It may also work on Playstation consoles and with digital versions.

Since changing to World of Assassination, this is no longer possible. I cannot find ANY access packs anywhere, even though I own Hitman 1 and 2 it wants me to buy World of Assassination to access 1 and 2. I'm using the starter pack btw.

Why tf did they have to make it so fucking confusing I own hitman 2 and 1 on PlayStation all the dlc all I should have to do is go into hitman 3 and sign in my account and that's it I don't understand they add so many bullshit steps that don't work I have been up since 5 am and it's 7:40 am right now and still haven't played a fucking second

Decided to go on a challenge unlock binge until I have a 100% unlock on all Hitman 1 and 2 missions before transferring everything over to Hitman III. This way I won't have to unlock a second time and I won't have to worry about any small changes in the new version causing things to be harder for example an item being nerfed or slight difference in the AI behavior. Won't bother worrying about the sniper missions otherwise this would take forever.

I've purchased hitman 3 in disc and i own hitman 2 gold edition and game of the year leagacy pack digitally.
I was able to download hitman 3 access pass but still not able to play the maps in hitman 3.
Please help!

On PlayStation, I don't know if it works on other consoles, but if you get the starter pack, (free), you can get the access th ings for hitman one and two, for free! That's I think over 100 CAR of games for free

I had the basic Hitman 1, not GOTY so I can't see any way if importing that over.
All I can see is Hitman 1 GOTY at £24.99 and Hitman 2 Gold at £79.99. Ridiculous for a 2 year old game.

Hopefully the site will be fixed by tonight, ive been trying to connect hitman 3 with my IO account but that wont even send over the link. Im not sure if they didn't think everyone would be on day one or something but regardless, this seems to be a common trend alongside new releases..
