Prolly just metal contracting due to change in temperature or maybe some small animals like mice or rats.

It could have been the hanger itself flexing from the temperature, you said it was cold so my guess is the metal in hanger contracted from the cold.

Though I'm incredibly skeptical of the paranormal, I can't deny that I've had my own share of bizarre experiences, as well.
The one that always comes to mind first is when a plastic water bottle appeared to be lifted and thrown two meters in front of me. The cat didn't push it down, the other side was nothing but a wall, and nothing could have slipped and pushed it. I just picked it up and put it back, of course, but trying to explain that isn't exactly possible for me to do.
There's also all the weird shit I hear at night which sounds like voices and footsteps. Most of the voice sounds can be explained as water/gas pipes, but the footsteps make no sense. At one point, it sounded as though someone was unplugging the television and telling someone else to watch the door. When I walked out to investigate, there was no one, and the TV was never touched.

Un-heated pipes can make jostling noises as the water pressure forces frozen chunks through bends or smaller pipes. This of course requires fairly cold weather, which doesnt seem to be the case here.
Another possible is metal flexing as it cools.
The last possible option is a small animal, or perhaps a strong gust of wind jostling one of the sliding doors within its mount, a strong gust can create a shuddering effect, and metal on metal tends to be rather loud.
Of course it could also be aliens :^) (but seriously not).

In Hawaii we have several WW2 era hangars around Hickam AFB. The bay doors slap around a bit in the wind.

Fun fact: if scientists discover something paranormal and/or supernatural, it sometimes just becomes normal and/or natural since it _can_ happen in the universe.

Despite the subject matter I was pretty relaxed while watching this video so when you played the bang sound you heard that loudly I got the shit scared out of me and nearly flung my laptop across the room.

Only thing I can confirm as paranormal was when I was like 14 or so and lived in this house with my mom. She had to go off and work ian evening shift. So I was home alone, and one thing happened. I'm sitting on the livingroom couch on my crappy laptop watching YouTube when I hear the basement doorknob rattling like someone is trying to unlock it. I go to investigate, and it is still rattling when I walk up to it so I get down to look under it. The door had enough space between it so you can look underneath it, along with the light from above the sink being enough to show like a little bit of the 1st step and nothing else, what do I see? Nothing, no legs or anything. All I see is the slight amount of light the overhead light allowed.

Harrow made the story 10times scarier.

My guess would be temperatures changing the metal, which can produce banging sounds, or even noises like a metal door opening. It's creepy but it's no threat. Or well, I could be wrong :D

Hey Rahetslius,
The supposedly empty room can make noises without anyone present inside. Metal things tend to deformate over time, and, as you know, the metal is able to react to temperature changes. Metal panels can get a bit of a convex shape when affected by the warm air at day, and at night they can make screeching and bumping noises when they're cooling and getting back to their original state. This also a reason why summer night is a bad time to walk the cemetery: metal headstones and fences can make those sounds, making you think the dead men are trying to get out, which is obviously not the case.

Stay sane, friend.

When you think about it, spirits COULD be a cause for the noises. Just because you cant explain something, doesn't mean that that something is impossible or doesn't exist.

So let me guess. You got to say: "No sign of him"
