This level is truly incredible. When you look at the other two levels in the series, it is insane to see how, despite the other two also being great, this level just completely blows them out of the water.

The decoration and song combine to create an incredible atmosphere throughout the entire predrop. Parts like 23% and 44% work to truly give this level a circus feel, especially compared to the other two levels in the series, and are some of my favorite parts in the level. My absolute favorite part of this level is 59% to the drop. The change in tone and atmosphere, from the slight eeriness of the sections before it to the darkness and destroyed, disjointed structures of the section here, provide a perfect lead-up to the boss at the end of the level. The boss is unique in that, while it comes out of nowhere, it is also being subtly foreshadowed throughout the entire level. You know something is coming, and the section right before the drop, being a “break part” of sorts, gives you plenty of time to think about it. Another thing I love about this level is the small details scattered throughout the entire thing, such as the player cube in a cage during the 39%, the randomization of the horse at 43%, and (this is something that I somehow didn’t realize until I was playing the level myself) the villainous clown singing the lyrics of the song in the background at multiple points in the level.

The gameplay is not quite as incredible as everything else, but it is still very fun throughout the entire level. When I was watching the previews for this level, thinking about the long predrop, I was wondering about how it would actually be fun to play. I was completely shocked to find out that DavJT somehow managed to make his level incredibly satisfying, in spite of the pacing. He managed the execution of this type of pacing perfectly, and the level manages to never get boring throughout the entire time you are playing it. This is not to say that the gameplay is perfect: there are parts like the dual at 12% and the mini-cube at 25% that got on my nerves a bit, but not enough to bring my enjoyment of the level down.

Overall, this is an absolute masterpiece of a level that ends off the CraZy trilogy perfectly. The fun gameplay, along with the almost cinematic atmosphere of the entire level, bring an engrossing experience the entire time you are playing it. This is one of my favorite extremes currently, and will likely be my favorite non-extreme I have beaten, once this level inevitably gets demoted to Insane Demon. I don’t think I need to make it any more clear how much I recommend this.

Enjoyment Rating: 10/10
Personal Demon Rating: 4/5 (Insane)

Fun Fact: DavJT is actually quite an important creator in terms of my Geometry Dash career, being the creator of what is to this day my longest standing hardest demon, Mario Temple, at around 23 months. It is kinda funny to think that this and MT are made by the same creator, but also not surprising, because they are both amazing levels.
