'CraZy III' (Insane Demon) by DavJT | Geometry Dash 2.11

"CraZy III" got extremely popular right after its release nearly 2 years ago, and for good reason in my opinion. It's DavJT's best level thus far, which says a lot considering how good some of his other levels are. The level is also a great entry, the third one, to the already popular CraZy series. Its execution of the circus theme is definitely the best I've seen in the game, featuring lots of fitting art using the perfect colors (often red and white of course, but rainbow is welcome too). DavJT also added lots of small touches which really enhance the experience, such as the balloon popping at 0:34, making for an extremely cool transition. My only complaint, or rather nitpick, is that the bossfight is a little underwhelming in an otherwise amazing level. It's the final climax of the level, but it lasts only 16 seconds without too much variety in its attacks. The part of the song where the level ends could've easily allowed for another phase of the boss with different attacks, which would've finished off the level even better. Despite this nitpick, though, "CraZy III" is an awesome level that deserved all its popularity and praise!

There's no way it's been almost two years since this has been released. Time really flies. Crazy III as well as the two previous levels from the series are such great levels with an awesome theming. This one's definitely my favorite out of the series since it absolutely nails the theme and the visuals work perfectly together with the song. This level definitely deserves the big hype it got back when it was released, truly a masterpiece!

I have a feeling this will be one of those levels that will be eternally remembered every time 2.1 is mentioned in the future. it's such a classic in that context, and for good reason. Not only is it the conclusion (i believe) of an iconic series of levels, but it's also an absolute bang of a conclusion. The ending of the level feels awkward and maybe slightly rushed, but that's really the only major problem within. The circus theme was never really explored much in GD, and DavJT was not only brave enough to attempt it through the series, but he also perfected it. Honestly impressive stuff

Im actually surprised you didnt upload this earlier, but this is an amazing level, with a lot of attention to detail and really good execution of its theming and atmosphere, maybe you should have uploaded this when DavJT finishes his update, which will improve the boss deco, possibly extend the level, make it extreme demon, etc.

this level is still a banger! the bossfight is, as you said, an underwhelming closer, but iirc at the time dav was going throught some stuff irl, so its amazing that he even delivered something so cool

This is indeed quite the level, and is certainly one of the game's greatest themed demons. Your nitpick is accurate however, and I think dav is aware bcs he's currently working on an update and extension to the bossfight. Hopefully we see that in the near future, and even at its current state the crazy iii is among the best themed levels in gd.
