I've been making potholders since I was 8 years old. That's 59 years. I can tell you that leaving the last "loop" lose after crocheting does not work. That last loop will work its way out and the weave will come apart. I secure that last loop by tying it in a double knot to the loop to the left of it. That makes it secure and ready to use. Take it from someone who's made thousands of potholders. Do it right and your work won't come undone.

I bought the kit and put all the loops on. There is no crochet hook. What am I supposed to do on large loom?
