Delhi High Court Upholds Kejriwal's Arrest: Big Setback for AAP | Kejriwal To Move SC Next?

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday dismissed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case linked with the alleged excise scam. Meanwhile, AAP said that it will move the Supreme Court tomorrow challenging the high court verdict.

While announcing its verdict earlier today, the high court observed that Arvind Kejriwal "conspired with others" and was "actively involved in using proceeds of crime", as per the material shared by the Enforcement Directorate.

The AAP will become STRONGER with this crises, not WEAKER.
In a nutshell, jail time in determined by which side of the FENCE you are sitting. If you are in the RULING SIDE, you are get away with murder. But if you are happen to be sitting in the OTHER SIDE, you could be be nailed for even a petty crime
