I remember watching this so many times as a kid growing up and always enjoying it. Not as good as some of his earlier work, but other than Exit Wounds its pretty much one of the last decent films Seagal's been in.

Your sure are right Mike this was the last best Steven seagal movie in his prime or you could count Exit wounds that was a second chance for him untill he blew it after that. Ps looking forward when you talk about your thought on the way of the dragon .

The problem with Exit Wounds is that they wanted to make sort of cop realistic movie like Above the Law, but they put too much shit in it, like those ridiculous over the top action and martial arts scenes that were not compatible with Seagal's type of action, they belong more in a Jet Li movie of that time, and that screwed the movie basically
