I went with Stardock Start 11. Since Windows 7 is considered the best windows version of all time I went with that style and even changed the windows button to resemble the original 7 style
so now I use 11 but it appears like windows 7 👍🏻

I have been using classic shell for many years without issue. Just installed open shell on my girlfriend's new laptop, and along with fixing/reverting the context menu via regedit, it is well worthwhile. Hopefully open shell gets updated again. Start11 does look very interesting.
