An outstanding culinary performance, Anna! Every dish looks absolutely delicious and shows the attention, care and thought required in making excellent, healthy, organic and tasty meals. They say, "the key to a man's heart is through his stomach." Clearly, you've many more keys than one - so lucky ne the man so fortunate. And, yes, we could dine together anytime - our preferences and selections of food ingredients, preparations and products are almost identical. Bon Appetit!

It was fun to go shopping with you and then to see you prepare all the different dishes. I tried to make Olivia salad a couple of years ago being coached by one of my Russian friends but I didn't have all the ingredients and it turned out to make a huge amount and there is only me here to eat it. It sure looks fantastic the way you do it.

Anna, here is my 10 cents tip to remove the eggshells...crack all the eggshell and then use the curve part of a small spoon to go under the eggshell. The spoon makes very easy to remove the eggshell, leaving the eggs looking beautiful 😊

Very nice, I have never seen red rice, but I am sure somewhere near me I could find it, probably in a special store. Could you do a video about holiday cookies?

Excellent recipe. Organic low-fat mayonnaise is a gimmick from companies. Just use less mayonnaise. In my house in Greece we make Russian salad every week but with less mayonnaise.

Great Video Anna. Have you researched Himalayan salt or natural sea bed salt that has more micronutrients than typical white salt?
