Classic Game Room HD - PINBALL QUEST for NES review

Classic Game Room HD reviews PINBALL QUEST from Jaleco for the Nintendo Entertainment System NES. This unique game combines pinball with an adventure RPG fantasy game... yes, that's like mixing tequila with mayonaisse, yet somehow it works (actually don't try that cocktail, it was just the first thing that popped into my mind. Someone bought one for me as a dare and it wasn't good). Pinball Quest is an 8-bit game dripping with creative innovation that falls a bit flat with sub-par physics and repetitive gameplay. The concept is brilliant, mixing pinball with an 8-bit fantasy adventure game like Zelda. I think that this game could be remade to really kick ass. I Love to see Mark reviewing some NES games now! I remember this game from back in the day. It was soo freaking cool having a pinball game and a RPG styled game blended together on one cartridge.

and for some odd reason you can beat it if you destroy everything its fun

Mark, this has already been remade for the gamecube and was called odama! What was even better, not only was there pinball, you had to shout at things :)

I've never even heard of this before! Wow, this remade on the DS or some other system with good physics (even the PC) would be amazing!! Very ambitious for its time from what I can see.
