Computer Networks. Part One: LANs and WANs

This is first in a series about computer networks. This video introduces the concept of a computer network. The role of a network server is discussed. The differences between a Local Area Network (LAN) and a Wide Area Network (WAN) are also covered. WiFi networks are introduced, including the role of a wireless access point as a WiFi hotspot and Internet router.
