I grew up in Park Heights in the 80's. I remember when it started getting bad. Im in my 50's now. I wouldn't go nowhere near the spots I grew up in now.

No change since 1982 and let's answer the reporter's question. Motives for Black on Black crime: Proximity, lack of involvement by law enforcement (Black life not as significant in this society as a White life) and self-hatred (jealous & envious of others in race)

The perpetrators : Lock them up for long jail sentences or life. No pleas or deals.... straight time. Ship them away from their comfort zone of Baltimore City. Prisoner exchange program. Violent Baltimore criminals go to other states & Baltimore imports out of state violent criminals to serve their long sentences in Baltimore City. Destroy their support system (Families that harbor condone their violent activity) Knowing you will have to do hard time in another state when you have never been outside of Baltimore City is a scary prospect for a local yocal. Problem solved.
