The US Declaration of Independence was founded on the Magna Carta, which people would know if they still taught history. The presumption was that Britain had lost its way and fallen into tyranny, and the ancient rights of British citizens against the government needed to be recognized, rather than the continental model of the government having absolute power.

If you don't like that this is something that's English in its root, get over it. It's history. Misrepresenting it as RAciST doesn't change that history.

White people strutting around everywhere brandishing every type of firearm you can think of is OK. Who is suppose to ask them to show their license or permit? All they have to say is a gun is found with or in the vicinity of any non-white person there an automatic presumption suspicion and fear as they are likely into some kind of criminal activity. I remember the case where a black armed security guard held two white suspects in a store burglary, the police arrive on the scene and in a nano second shot the black armed security guard. I can remember a time when black police officers could not arrest any white person at all in some parts of this country.
