🙋🏼 ABOUT ME: Hi guys! My name is Alyona. I was born in Russia. I'm a musician. And I love art, makeup, fashion, style and beautiful environments. I love playing with makeup and fashion, but at the same time, I’m quite a minimalistic person. I don't like the idea of being fixated on the body too much. I have an alternative and unconventional viewpoint on beauty, the body types and face shapes. I love helping other women find their "it" and finally discover their beauty and boost their confidence.

I have several series on my channel that you might be interested in such as: Body Types, Contouring, Makeup History and Makeup Transformations. Also some random beauty hacks about skin care, hair, nails and beauty in general.

For those who are confused between FN and SD, they are similar enough so you could wear the wrong type without looking crazy. SD wearing the wrong type will look too casual. I’m an FN and when I tried SD I looked overdone. Just play around and see what works for you.

I'm so confused by being a Flamboyant natural with big boobs. I just feel so wrong as a shape and nothing over-sized seems to suit me despite the rules :/ It just makes me look like a huge woman.

I’m in a weight loss journey and it’s kind of been fascinating to see my true figure type emerge. Turns out I’m a flamboyant natural and I had no idea! It helps explain why, when I was carrying so much excess weight on my hips and I tried following the standard dressing advice for pear shapes, it always looked wrong. My shoulders don’t need bulking up because they are what gives me my natural strong frame, and it’s best if I hang my clothes from them without additional structure - both when I was overweight and now when I’m not. Now I dress for flamboyant natural type and for the first time in my life I feel I actually understand and can dress to complement my body type. This series of videos has been super helpful and enlightening.

This is perfect for me as a FN with some curves. I was confused in the beginning trying to decide between SD and FN because I'm very tall and have blunt, wide bones, but I have some curves. Good to know that having some curves doesn't mean I'm not FN.

I could listen to Aly talk for hours. Not just the accent, but the way you teach, and how you celebrate all the differences in bodies.. It is beautiful way to learn.

I personally think FN and SD have more in common than Flamboyant Natural and Dramatic. Both have long vertical lines, but should also emphasize width, both have some exotic vibes on their style essence, and both are not sharp-oriented, I would say. Flamboyant Natural is more yang oriented, whereas Soft Dramatic is a bit more yin. Dramatic Classic in fact, has more in common with Dramatic than FN and SD, because they share two most important dramatic features in their style essence: long vertical lines and sharpness.

Thank you for this video! I am a Flamboyant Natural and for more than a year I thought I was Soft Dramatic :D, because I have small waist and hips with more flesh around that area. I realized recently and I was so shocked :D. And this video just confirms. Also the essence of FN spot on!!

(Just a funny thing, first when I found out about the Kibbe Body Types, I immediately skipped the Naturals, because I was convinced that I have nothing in common with them, and here I am, a Flamboyant Natural.)
I have to say, I am so thankful, I am so much happier with my body, since I discovered this!

And you pronunciation of Eva Mendes is so cute!

for people confused about rachel weisz being a soft dramatic, look at pictures of her in her youth! her yin is a lot more obvious then, I just think she's worked out more as she's gotten older which has widened her waist

I find Jennifer Lawrence way more curvy than Rachel Weisz...

I'm definitely a FN but I am curvy. Measure as an hourglass. People don't perceive me as curvy, even though I wear a 30DDD. I do wonder how style recommendations change when you are curvy FN, because fabric draping over my large bust just makes me look big lol. I think I look better with waist emphasis.

I'm a curvy soft natural and I always feel so masculine. I hoped I'd look more romantic with some more weight but I just feel 'bulkier' Dressing in is such a struggle. Please make a video on how to dress soften up your look. Thanks

[Edit] 3:05 Just when I thought I caught on....lol. My eye has a long way to go... I see a lot more frame-dominance, 'square/strength' in Rachel Weisz compared to Jennifer Lawrence :/

Thanks for bringing curvy FN vs SD, a lot of woman in FN think they arent sensual enough because of de muscular vibe.
I hope examples like eva and Jennifer help them .
Also i was typed as FN today, after one year thinking i was SD, finally discovered why long straigh dresses was my go to hahaha

I have an extremely pronounced hourglass figure - and for a long time I thought I must be SD - but I truly look so much better dressing as a FN. this Is the video I’ve been waiting for.

For a long time I’d narrowed down my type to either SD or FN but I eventually decided I definitely have the FN shoulders and silhouette
very helpful video thank you! x

Aly, thank you so much for your videos!
I always thought I look curvy but also manly because of my prominent bones, I felt so ugly and out of place.
'Yin' stuff made me look like a man, crisp 'yang' stuff didn't look right.

Then, I found out about Kibbe image IDs through you. I thought I was some type of natural, but I was too fleshy and curvy, so I thought SN. But I'm also tall and somehow bony, so I wondered if maybe SD. Not long ago I realized I'm FN, and the style of clothes and makeup suits me the best! Now, with this video, I'm sure.

Aly, because of you I could finally start thinking there's nothing wrong with me. Though I'll never be considered pretty, I'm getting more and more confident. I can't thank you enough.

I'd be interested in a comparison between SN and FG

This video was SO helpful. I was convinced I was a FN but some of these photos - especially the comparison of Sofia and Eva at 2:00 - were really eye-opening to looking more into SD lines. I know FN is strongly determined by shoulder width but it really stands out in that photo. Thank you!!

Aly, I love your videos and I have learnt a lot about Kibbe. I would love to see a video about Soft Naturals vs. Romantics - it is not that evident to me the difference between these 2 types and I am sure I could learn a lot from your views and analysis! Thanks!
