lets say my speeed minimum is 200 speed is that 200 combat speed ( speed including towers and speed lead) or is it in game speed (not including tower and speed lead)

Eeey FoxySw could you make a video about how you pick you runes that you want to enchant out? Do you believe you use Swop for it aswell? The rune section i am pointing at it
